“Empath” anon here. Today’s been a really odd day. I don’t want this to be a slide so I won’t reply or bring anything into the next bread but i have the weight of the world and a thousand other people’s sorrows on my shoulders. It’s been hard to find the joy in anything today which is very much unlike my usual positive self-cheering everyone else on when they’re hitting the wall. I’ve got no energy and just want to sleep it away. Wake me up when it’s over, is almost my mood. Hoping for a better tomorrow. I’m just so very tired from absorbing all the negative feelings for others….
