He's aging poorly. Seems super unhealthy like he's had a stroke or has a degenerative disease. Not sure…can't figure it out. He definitely seems like he's on meds. Possibly can't breath well through his nose since his mouth is always open, and i noticed slight slurred speech. Just some thoughts….
