I just got finished reading the FISA court procedures, it has states a hearing isnt always necessary. The judge decides on whether to hae a hearing or not… so the Judicial Watch article today talking about no hearing on Carter Page FISA application is misleading.. if the judge didnt require a hearing, no hearing
