It's comped right? None of them were elected. All of them were appointed and by

Roberts (Bush- COMPED)

Thomas (HW - maybe, but don't think comped)

Alito (Bush - COMPED)

Breyer (Clinton- COMPED)

Sotomayor (Obama- COMPED)

Ginsburg (Clinton- COMPED)

Kagan (Obama- COMPED)

Gorsuch (Trump- Not Comped)

Kavannagh* (Trump- Not Comped)

So that puts us at either 2-7 or 3-6.

Unless the plan is to remove more justices or leverage Roberts/Alito.

I don't think for a second that the conservative justices are not comped. It's not discussed much on this board but GW Bush was AS BAD as Obama's as shredding the Constituiton (Patriot act/NSA Data Center/Gitmo/Unconstituional wars etc etc
