Some of us have been gradually exposed to the horror, starting from pizzagate days, and already experienced weeks of lost sleep, depression, traumatic stress. You may be able to come back and face it if the exposure is a little at a time. Or you may want to just step away . No one is making you look.
There are other activities Q supporters can do like support political candidates, community outreach etc.
