Someone found this creepy place during pizzagate. Here is a more recent photo. This site mentions a 'White Rabbit Child Abduction Gang', and links the place shown with that sketchy daycare in Salt Lake City.

Images were posted earlier showing something like big rabbits with little rabbits depicted as puppets on a string. Maybe this explains what that meant:
