I know anons have been digging this before. I think there are entire threads about it. This was Clinton providing cover for Laura Silsby and other "Baptist Missionaries" who were taking children out of Hatti without approval or documentation. Silsby is a child trafficker who is now high up in the Amber alert Organization. Scum.

Those letters mean nothing to me. Tried a few guesses. Don't know.
