Reformed lawfag here. I'm be hesitant to point the finger at C.J. Roberts right now. He appoints and oversees but the FISC has a lot of autonomy (you know, since judges are all trustworthy individuals /s) Collyer is a different story, I'm not sure what her role in this is but it seems to be really up to the individual judges. The FISC rules state hearing only when called for by the judge. I have no experience with FISC but I'm pretty sure any of the judges assigned to the proceeding(s) should have held a hearing for warrant applications that involve surveillance of American citizens. They DEFINITELY would have (or at least SHOULD have) called for a hearing if the FBI had been honest with the court. And the warrant applications would have been denied. Err "should have" but who knows.

You might know it, but can you prove it? Any evidence at all? Until I see evidence, something, then I'll reserve judgment. He doesn't have the time to micromanage shit so it will remain my personal opinion.

I'm of the belief that he threw the Obamacare case (NFIB v. Sebelius) because he was being blackmailed by Hussein. That blackmail could easily have extended to appointing crooked FISC judges. Compare his decisions in his earlier days as a Justice with his decisions in the latter half of his tenure. He was much more conservative. Something happened. That "something" is likely Hussein. Thomas also said he believed he was under surveillance. The whole fuckin Court was being illegally surveilled. Can't wait for that to come out.
