PLEASE correct my assumptions if im wrong.

No Name has fake surgery to implant kill switch in his head( the kind weve seen in movies), the ankle monitor is NOT a gps criminal tracker , its actually the "Kill Switch" triggering device. And all the other "ankle bracelet" wearing enemies of The People are wearing their own kill switches ?

ps. Have there been any others that we have not have noticed "Kill Switched"?
