Email, supercomputers, servers, satellites, social media, phones, texts, ham radio…all of it shut down or fully monitored and recorded by /ouguys/

The Cabal need to get creative on how to communicate now. Military strategy 101 is to shut down or monitor enemy comms. Dumb Bad guy 101 is to report back for new orders after a loss of comms. They will obviously use today as cover to meet.
