Running this pic through Forensically, it shows a few hotspots in the cloning dept. Also, the little mask in the lower left looks kinda like Breitbart, hard to tell. One of the hotspots on the right near the leg where the white ends, it almost looks like a head of a child maybe?
Not sure if it's a book. Looks more like an album but I guess it could be a book. Pretty square though for a book.
Does look to be too thick for an album.
