Rewind and listen again. IMO White hats are having Hussein tell the cabal that most of them will not be imprisoned as No Name had been in Vietnam = death. The only option is to try and preserve a bit of your legacy as No Name had done by playing ball with the white hats and going quietly or being destroyed publicly first and then executed.
Later in the speech Hussein makes the point that No Name understood (in the end) as JFK understood and Reagan under stood (two true patriots), America is premised upon the idea that your BLOODLINE doesn't matter.
