Not familiar with it. But a tip about anything you read, always dig first on the author, so you know his background and biases. Then read the article or book. Context is key.

SCIFs can be set up in rooms, e.g. a hotel room. It could be a suite / adjoining room (12 people) arrangement, with the SCIF centrally located. Like this:
