Fat woman, w/ neck vertebra out of alignment, esp. C6 area (see bump) will experience pain and inability to lift arms. Progressive w/ age, puts pressure on nerves going to arms.

yes , if they're heavy enough. The weight produces chronic bad posture, or can also be a result of injury. Obesity exacerbates it. Activity using arms is painful, and usually prompts a reduction in exercise…vicious cycle…less activity, more weight gain, more pain, less activity..
