A. Think of the head of any corporation, and assume that they are not micromanaging down to the tweet. I'm not sure who's job it is to tweet for the C_A, yet, we can't presume that Gina had the final word, (plausible deniability)
B. Gina is micromanaging as per "the Plan" (Bloodlines of the Illuminati available for free via the C_A now?) & the tweet could have been a go code (with some plausible deniability since it's so….revealing)
