The important one to get done by Aug. 31 was with Mexico, so we can have the 3 month waiting period and still sign it before AMLO takes over in Mexico on Dec. 1.

Quite honestly AMLO must be fuming about this lame duck performance by Pena Nieto, but what the heck, we get a good binding deal out of it.

AMLO said he wanted Canada included in any new deal, and I am trying to understand why that would be so important to him.

But whatever he wants, we probably don't, so if Canada can be shut out at this point (by an "accidental leak" or whatever) it's probably good for us.
