I went to the twitter page, which is the Dept of Defense. It is not necessarily Mattis's quote. It is someone's quote. Does simply putting a hashtag after it mean it is the quote of that person??

Dana W. White from DoD posted a comment also and put hashtag Mattis after it. That wasn't his comment.
