I am in the process of learning about the "Notice of Liability" sent to responsible parties regarding forced installation of smart meters on a resident's home. It has been reported that past efforts using this tactic have resulted in some parties resigning from their positions.

I got to thinking about all of these sudden and unexplained resignations and wonder if a similar tactic of "notice of liability" is happening here. This is one mother of a notice!!
