After Q's post, I've been trying to find an old article about Hussein's D.C. house upgrades- it sure sounded like a SCIF was added at the time I read it because it discussed guards being posted around the clock where electrical/communications upgrades were taking place. I'm still hunting for it but found a few mentioning only "electrical upgrades." I'm hoping better diggers can find it. I think it was a WaPo article for some reason and it definitely read as guards posted 24/7 where fiber lines were going in.

As a side note, the house was originally owned by BC's press secretary Joe Lockhart and his wife, Giovanna Gray (Glamour editor)
