Took a look at the screen cap and at the top, noticed the canonical #. Reminded me of the stringer that Q posted last night re: special approval. The WDSHN screen shot was easy to figure out - 1974Stuttgart. Is the string Q posted decipherable in the same way? Does the "P" mean president?
