Q?

It would seem that the Obama administration completely misused the FISA process to target the Trump campaign by spying on American citizens. They continued to misuse the process to target Trump well past his inauguration as president.

It would appear from the Q posts over the last nine months that Trump/Q Team/MI or NSA has been used to spy on these traitors. This suggests that somewhere there better be a FISA that allows this spying as well. When and by whom was it initiated?
