Plane fags - Need some help here. Central West PA, had a aircraft go over that had both the sounds of a helicopter and a jet engine. Not showing up in any flight radar for the time frame. Any ideas? It had arrows pointing in a specific direction along the bottom, but that's all I could make out.

Very very weird to have any sort of helo based craft over the home.
