Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) hit the panic button Saturday and accused President Trump of hiding 100,000 Kavanaugh documents from the public.
Confirmation hearings for President Trump’s second SCOTUS pick, Brett Kavanaugh will begin on Tuesday, September 4th and Schumer is in a tailspin as he desperately tries to delay the confirmation.
Brett Kavanaugh has given the Senate Judiciary Committee twice the amount of documents than any other SCOTUS nominee in US history.
Senate Judiciary Chairman, Chuck Grassley (R-IA) said last week his staff “has completed review of 430k plus pages of Kavanaugh records I assume democrats have done the same so they are ready for his hearing next wk 430k pages of docs are 2x more than any other SCOTUS nom”
