I too was very surprised by some of the reactions and sayings I witnessed. The anti-right, anti-American programming in the media, movies and basically all forms of information exchange and entertainment is very deep and very well develop.
I strongly suspect that most of the time individuals "infected" with this "thought virus" don't even have a shred of a clue that so many of these beliefs and personal views that they hold are not even their own but they merely absorbed and internalized the messages that have been bombarding them over years, decades and more.
