I posted earlier about Princess Alice, the first British Royal to visit SA… it’s in the notables from earlier today. I think there could also be a link between her and Alice Liddell. She has one granddaughter named Alice Liddell (obviously too young to be Lewis Carroll’s Alice), but both names have a longer history in the family so maybe it’s more of a distant relative. If anyone has better luck finding a link let me know!
