Be patient. Open your ears and find the "lynchpin" in the area. One individual that keeps the masses asleep.
Conversion is the most desirable tactic. Turn "Them" into "Us" …
If that is not possible, then the lynchpin must be removed in a manner that does not set the masses into a deeper sleep, rather than awaken them.
