One of the things Q said was that some secrets won't be revealed because they implicate foreign heads of state.

We know that Queen Elizardabeth in all likelihood tried to have DJT assassinated. An act of war and yet we're not officially at war with the United Kingdom.

The POW issue would implicate many current and retired leaders of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. While I'd love to see it happen, I think DJT is not willing to embarrass them at that level.

One thing Americans weren't told about the Vietnam war was that North Vietnam and South Vietnam had fought 8 civil wars prior to the conflict we call the Vietnam War. That was the ninth North-South civil war in Vietnam since 1627.

If this information were revealed in an undeniable way, it's quite possible the Hanoi regime would be so destabilized that the tenth North-South civil war would erupt in Vietnam, and the Saigonese would try to resurrect their old government. While there is some merit to the idea that the Saigonese have a right to do so, the conflict would probably kill anywhere from 1 to 5 million people.

So one has to think carefully about these things.

true that most Americans aren't very up to speed on the structure of British government, but the queen is still legally a person (though not so sure she's a member of the species homo sapiens!) and therefore able to conspire to murder a person, be it DJT or Mister Bean.

If the queen were to conspire to murder the U.S. president, as seems the case, that would be very serious – even if she claims she was acting as a private citizen and not as a head of state.

we saw this during the 2016 campaign too.

There were at least two body doubles (or clones?) making public appearances in addition to the woman who seemed to be the 'real HRC'.
