MATTIS?

I saw this photo as an opportunity to make a meme about MATTIS, but it presumes that MATTIS is indeed a white hat, who is part of THE PLAN. On some level, it just seems obvious that he would be, but do we have any tangible evidence? While I have seen literally 100's of memes about MATTIS being a BAD ASS on this board, I can't find any reference to MATTIS by Q (search qmap.pub). Interestingly, Qshill, David "turncoat" Seaman indirectly claimed in Dec 2017 that Qanon said to TRUST MATTIS, but again, I can find no evidence.
