BILL in all caps has been mentioned by Q twice. Aug 6th was the first on the Patriot's Fight board. Yesterday was the second.
Q told us from the very beginning, back in the half-chan era, that "Bill" (only the B in caps) was seeking a deal.
No Q references to Bill Clinton as WJC, but several instances of "BC" showing him deep in the thick of the U1, CF and Haiti.
Plus, Q has repeatedly and emphatically said "No Deals". Hard to glean from this that yesterday's BILL reference was Bill Clinton.
