On 3 September 2012, the above-named company entered administration. We, Simon John Stringer, Kevin Douglas Metcalfe, and Warwick Jonathan David Camp of c/o Becatech House, Sharpham Road, Cheddar, Somerset BS27 3DR, were directors of Becatech Limited on the day the above named Company entered administration.

 

Pursuant to Legislation section: Rule 4.228 of the Legislation: Insolvency Rules 1986, we give notice that it is our intention to act or continue to act in all or any of the ways specified in Legislation section: section 216(3) of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, in connection with, or for the purposes of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the insolvent company under the name: “Becatech Systems Limited”.
