The Vatican is the crown jewel of their empire. Which is why it's above the Plusses. The Roths, The Red Eagle, and the Black Eagle all exist to protect the white plusses and the crown jewel.

You can trace these symbols back to the Kingdom of Jerusalem during the Third Crusade, the Roth Eagle and the Iron Eagle (Black Cross) I think combined are the Y Head of the Holy Roman Empire. It's looking like these people funded the Nazi's and literally everybody else.
