Q and friends already have the evidence via the NSA. These people are really, really stupid.
Q said he wasn't sure if civilian tech could capture the video. I.e. he's not sure if a high res video exists (as opposed to a the high res photos we already have, but at the wrong time). So Q sent us looking.
If we find it, we get a nice little victory in the memewar.
If we don't find it, and even if it doesn't exist,
the puppetmasters would have gone "Oy Vey! Shut it down!" and stupidly run around trying to pull all possible videos within hours of Q dropping the crumb. White Hats would have been strategically placed, waiting to see who shows up. Good way to round up a few fixers. I bet this has already happened.
