Only a real camera digital photo will you be able to read anything on the phones. No video I have seen will be able to pull a still that is clear enough to do anything but confirm what color the screen was at any given moment in the video. Not saying a video does not exist I find it highly unlikely unless its zoomed in and on a tripod.
