>Firstly, where can I read more about the story of Prometheus?

Two sources in particular. 1: The Greeks. 2: Google.

>To them, this promise is an assurance that the light will be stifled - hence their obsession and rituals which drain the energy from us.

I realize so many of these asshats claim to worship lucifer. I honestly think they either have no idea what they are talking about. OR they are actually trying to 'play the part of the bad guy', which in a meta-sense, we need to overcome.

It could. I havn't read that much in that direction.

What I have read is the Nag Hammadi, where the closest relation would be a dude (thing/entity) called Sabaoth, who follows the exact same path as Prometheus/Lucifer/Jesus.

Oddly enough, he is physically described in the same way that Ezekiel describes the Lord of Hosts - even flying around in the same chariot.

>Why would anyone start a band and have the members be alter-egos?

>That doesn't make sense for an artist. You want the recognition for your creative intellect.

I'm an artist and it doesn't bother me one bit. In fact, I write under a pen name specifically because i don't care about the recognition.

>Not being reactionary when seeing a symbol that's used by the nefarious. Symbols, such as these letters you're reading, are neutral.

I'm not seeing any nefarious effects of that symbol, therefore it is neutral to me.
