If she's physically dependant on alcohol, "treatment isn't an option" goes out the window.
Former alcoholic here. If you aren't hospitalized during detox, the withdrawals CAN kill you. That won't happen during opiate withdrawals, but it will for booze. Why do u say treatment isn't an option?
