So I think what Q is implying is that some bad element in the US military was somehow involved with an event from last night—which would seem to be the one in Syria, or perhaps something around McCain's funeral, or something we're not yet aware of.

That I think it was bad actors in our military doing something on /theirguys behalf, but I just realized that maybe it's /ourguys working as agents to infiltrate /theirguys—aka, the 'special operators'. Q might have been sending a message that they were infiltrated last night.
