Satan is a LIAR. He doesn't see everything. He only hears crud from his demon buddies. He's just pretending he sees everything. He's a shill! He twists all truth and can not tell the truth. He will destroy even his own followers.
GOD sees everything. GOD knows everything. GOD is all powerful.
Sure they use the all seeing eye to scare the sheep, but for the holy ones, the faithful to God, they know that Satan has to have permission to blink. He lost on resurrection day. The Son of God rose from the dead and took command on the throne and now, who does Satan have to ask for permission to blink?
The Son of God, in whose name is righteous power and that power is greater than evil (ever wonder why it is used as a curse word so much?).
