It's obvious that her phone screen was shopped. Perhaps we need memes questioning why it was done.
"Joyce Beatty, what are you hiding?!?" or something of that nature.
We know that it wasn't her that edited the photo, but it gets people to question why her phone's screen was altered, implying a crime / conspiracy was taking place.
The bottom part of the photo needs to be changed. You can tell from the angle looking over her shoulder that the photographer was about 30-45 degrees off to the side. So when looking towards the audience, the photographer would me more to the left, maybe right above the nearest aisle.
