If you have Real Player you can convert video formats. I'm sure there are other ways to do with non professional equipment or software.
No professional news photog uses film anymore thus there are no "rolls". I've read all the crumbs. He said "find the 'film (video, moving pictures), not the 'capture' (photograph). That photo has been photoshopped and no one on the bad guys side or anyone else is going to believe it's real. We already have fags making Schiff memes out of it already. You need to be able to pick the frame out of video from a broadcast source. That would be almost impossible to alter unless you are the broadcast entity that was the original source.
