When Q dropped 1 of 4 Trump should be shot, I think, he was trying to clearly identify what was the roll. Since that statement comes from someone talking just before the SOTU he clearly means that the roll is in a recording of the SOTU where there are 4 clips or 4 files.

The earlier drop says to look in the 4th one of these, so those people who want to scan other video sources need to know at what time the 4th file begins. This likely requires some technical digging with an API or website source code to find where and how the files are stored.

The NBC video has more closeups of the audience when there is applause, and they have a camera that sometimes scans the Democrat section of the crowd from the rear. But all you could do with that is find a timestamp that people should inspect in the high-res 4th file, when that is found.

Now, the source archive is offline, probably because federal investigators want to protect the integrity and the chain of custody of the evidence so hackers are out of luck.

But the NSA might have a copy accessible via xkeyscore and since this was a public event, there could be politicians who can ask the NSA for this 4th highres video file. For that matter, FOIA should work.

Another possibility is a broadcaster who kept a copy of the high res stream that they received during the SOTU.

Why do you think the source archive was offline?

Federal investigators already have the highres and they took it offline to protect the integrity of the evidence.

We are looking for a copy so that we can independently learn what was on the phones and publish it.

Nobody lost anything.

Time is still important because the longer the doctored photo is not challenged, the more the story fades from the public eye.
