Just the messenger here. The Court's (DEEPLY) flawed reasoning is that the First Amendment right to privacy is the right from which the "right" to kill one's unborn child is derived. The legal gymnastics required to get there is just…I'll quote (11th) Circuit Judge Bill Pryor on this one…it's the "worst abomination in the history of constitutional jurisprudence."

What's been waking people up is the human trafficking. There's been a lot of it going on around here and parents have been posting on Zuckerbook about it like crazy. Human trafficking is not a partisan issue. Ironically all of these flaming Hillary loving mommies are going batshit and howling from the rooftops about the kidnappings and disappearances of kids around here. "Do something" hah I wanna tell them "You voted for a human trafficker." They're primed for a giant red pill.

Actually a handful have begun to look into Clintons in Haiti. Handful of the hundreds who are posting about it. So here's to wishful thinking. I've redpilled a few rabid HRC supporters. Ack we're both wrong. Right to privacy under the 14th Amendment Due Process Clause. Federal constitution equivalent of Fifth Amendment.
It's all incorporated into the 14th. The federal constitution used to only apply to DC. State constitutions were controlling. Then the Reconstruction Amendments were passed. Namely the 14th, which extended the Bill of Rights to the States. It's why the Second Amendment had to be incorporated into the 14th, to void out Chicago's gun ban.
And I'm not a huge fan of the 14th Amendment as it guts the entire concept of federalism. But it protects those in states that are run by fucking communists (like Illinois or California). I wouldn't be able to own or carry a gun if not for the 14th so…take the good with the bad, I suppose.
