"polarity (positive/negative) still exists in 4d, everywhere except for the 5d timelines. All the lightworkers going to 5d don't have lessons to learn anymore. I mentioned learning lessons in my post the other day and we are learning lessons – in 4d only. On the 5d timeline, the remaining blocks are being removed with some symptoms but no mental activity - as in you don't know what the block is about, you don't think about it other than it feels painful.
So interaction with negativity is NOT required for a 5d timeline. Interaction (mirroring) is still required in the 4d timelines where you have other potentials (selves). So what I find for myself is I remove the negative factor (like a critic) from my 5d timeline, then switch timelines and start feeling the hard emotions of the past come out. It often feels like "When will this lesson be done with already?! What does it take to learn this?!" Whereas if I have dealt with this lesson on all timelines, 4d and 5d, I will stay on the 5d line until something else comes along to take me off of it.
For example, for me being criticized. I understand why it's done, I understand what to do about it and he says it's okay for me to distance myself from the critic BECAUSE I'M DONE LEARNING WHAT I need to from critical people. Critical people will criticize no matter what, on any subject as long as they can project their lack of love away from themselves onto others. But because I understand this, I have no need for the ones who show up and I can't learn anything from them anymore. I did at one time, but not now. Except in 4d. On the 5d timeline, no.
That's why you react to stuff you swear you've already dealt with and overcome, as I did with this critic this morning. My 5d self did the right thing for herself – she tossed him out of the group. I don't need his lesson anymore. But then I shifted to 4d and felt the old pain of the block from my childhood that's being released.
So many of you may find your behaviour is inconsistent. One minute you're Xena the light warrior, next you're emotionally reacting in a web of childhood memories and pain. I would assume the severity of the pain indicates how much work still needs to be done on that issue. Because a lot of my stuff has really lightened up, and amen to that.
What I gather from this is your 5d self is already complete, perfect. It's done learning. I believe it is going through ascension pain as the body changes to a light body and blocks are being removed by the energies. But there is no learning in polarity in the 5d timelines as there is in 4d.
The 4d selves aren't done and are still learning and dealing with hard emotions. Remember, you are contributing to ascension as yourself in all timelines and there are gazillions of potentials in these.
I can personally vouch for this because I had two days last week where I felt fine and happy, everything. But since then it's been “back into the soup” on and off. This is why.
This also corresponds to energy vampirism because if you give energy, you drop in frequency to a lower timeline. And that's what the matrix wants – it wants your highest self back in 4d. So as Ivo says, “Don't feed the vampires.”
I'm understanding that all of our 4d issues need to be cleared on all timelines before we can ascend to 5d."
