Most States have reciprocal jurisdiction in cyber related crimes. Last I checked on this subject, there was only a few States who had weak laws . That was about 5 years ago.

>>2858902 I'm sorry I am not understanding what you are asking. I was speaking of State crimes and I think you are referring to Federal crimes. Federal crimes can be prosecuted in any State. Jurisdiction is the Federal Government and not a specific State.
