You sort of have a point but not in the way you probably think.
It's not the pro-lifers using tax $$ to fund and it's not the pro-lifers calling it a "right" and refusing it to be allowed to be addressed legislatively.
As long as these remain the pro lifers are not going away and it will be a point of division. Getting rid of Roe and federal spending for it (and Planned Parenthood) it stops being a federal issue. Ponder that.
