Are you in actual fucking fact kidding me?
What fucking kind of nuclear do you want me to discuss with you fission of fusion?
Don't know probably because your brains toked out on flowers and lilacs buzzing around a 12th dimentional hypersphere (Calculus/Hype sphere-look it up).
In either case to make it real fucking simple matter is instantly turned into energy by the equation E=M(m)C^2. That is, in a fision reaction, the Uranium 235 is split into to radio isotopes. BUT in such massive atomic elements as Uranium, the number of neutrons in the nucleus exceeds the number of protons. In lighter, non-radioactive elements, the ration of protons and neutrons are the same. Such combinations (where the nucleus is out of balance) are generally unstable and decay. We call that decay radiation. So when we bombard a U235 nucleus with even MORE neutrons we cause the nucleus to fail release NORE neutrons(which if we are not careful will lead to a runaway reaction and a nuclear explosion) alpha/beta particles/gamma rays two lighter elements and the missing mass is due to matter going NUCLEAR…so to speak. Although the process in fusion is the opposite (lightest elements making heavier ones) the resulting matter after the fusion is less that it should otherwise be. This matter has also gone NUCLEAR, but in this case THERMO NUCLEAR.
