Congrats Anon & this post came at a perfect time for me.

I have been planning a life change for a bit & chose the day after Labor Day, tomorrow….Been a long time plan. Diet & exercise was always an important part of my life, all my life, until I got lazy a yr ago. Always in front of my computer or phone.
