That dagger is called Blue Steel. I'm to believe it is not Destiny but made in similar fashion.

They recommend starting at the earliest video. May be a psyop - but master course if it is. There is a lot of good content mixed in for sure. Not sure which video had the dagger, but there isn't much else said about it. Least not that would be believable to most people.
