In Texas, Police Officers are authorized to take "bad" children that have run away from home to a Behavioral Healthcare Hospital and force children to be admitted without the consent or knowledge of their parents.

A District Judge will then Order all of the child's and their parent's information to be released to CPS in order for the caseworker to apply for DADS (Disability and Aging Services) on the parent's behalf, and also without their knowledge, through Texas Health and Human Services ("HHS")

HHS will then authorize disability payments to a Home Health Care agency for the treatment of a child in an institution (asylum) and they will then begin Behavior Modification to remove the unwanted or (targeted) behavior…..Can anyone find the video from Seay Behavioral Healthcare showing their "headpiece?"

Dr. Greta Kerwin discovered that children are able to forget about the traumatic experiences of being abused and neglected if their eyes move rapidly back and forth inside their skull……

Loretta Lynch knows all about it. I would love to know about the results of her investigation into home healthcare fraud by CPS, and I think we all are aware of how they "assist" children forget their trauma.
