We know some general info about the DS and who the players are and some about the funding and puppets and puppet masters.
But with the funeral pomp and circumstance of presidental proportions this last week for NO NAME, it makes me wonder about more specific structure of the DS. Do they have a pecking order? Who reports to who? Who is (was) their leader?
