For what it's worth around 2008 I lived in an apartment complex about 10 minutes down the street walking distance from the clinton library in Little Rock Arkansas. That year a really bad snow storm blew through town and knocked out power, so some people from around my apartment complex came up with an idea to go sledding. The only hill that was near by that wasn't attached to the freeway was on the clinton library property. BTW the clinton library is either now the clinton foundation headquarters or atleast stores part of their offices there now. So anyways, it was night time, so we hopped this fence that was around the property because they were erecting a small park area. We were starting to get positioned at the top of this hill when somebody started shouting from a distance at us and shining a flashlight on us. We ran but were afraid we would get caught and dipped under this bulldozer and hid in the snow for a a few minutes. Then we decided to break for it, and we ran and started climbing the fence again, and as soon as we hit the ground on the other side a security suv came flying down the entrance and skidded to a stop right in front of us. The reason I'm telling this story is because the security guard that night when he exited the vehicle was wearing a russian hat, you know the fluffy kinda that look like what their military wears. He shouted at us and asked what we were doing, we told him that we were just trying to sled. He had a thick russian accent so we asked him why he sounded russian, and I will never forget what he said. He told us that he met the clintons in Russia a long time ago and they gave him the job during the cold seasons. He tried to recenter to conversation on who we were and what we were doing by telling us that the security cameras saw our every move and they were watching us when we arrived. We told him that we don't listen to commies and took off, at that point we had realized that he was just a security guard, but not years later I'm wondering if the encounter held significance.
